Will Afghanistan's election bring stability?

Afghanistan has held its second presidential poll since the Taliban was ousted by the US-led invasion in 2001, and both the current president and his main rival have claimed victory. Preliminary results have put incumbent Hamid Karzai ahead, but it could still go to a runoff. Do you think the election can bring stability to Afghanistan?
