Iraq strikes US troops' deal

Condoleeza rice's visit has resulted in a US-Iraq agreement on a date for the American troops withdrawal from Iraqi cities. It is clearly a step forward towards a free Iraq. However, there are other issues to resolved such as US troops' immunity from Iraq's law as well as the status of prisoners held by the American forces. Will the two sides reach an agreement on these other issues or will the US stall on them? Is the US going to commit to the withdrawal deadline or do you expect further developements that will suspend this agreement in the future? Is the US making the right move if they do withdraw from Iraq? How relevant is the withdrawal of troops to the policies of the to-be elected US president
