Is the start of the Khmer Rouge trials justice too late?

A UN-backed tribunal in Cambodia has begun the first ever war crimes trial of a Khmer Rouge leader. The trial is a landmark event in a country where at least 1.7 million people died from starvation, disease or execution during the Khmer Rouge's brutal rule from 1975 to 1979.
