Barack Obama, the US president, has called on democrats and republicans to focus on a bipartisan approach to promote jobs, economic growth and innovation as he addressed the public in his annual State of the Union speech. He pledged investment in green energy, and to stop subsidising "yesterday's energy". What do you think of Obama’s speech? Will it help his leadership?
