How can Cuba-US relations be improved?

Although less than 160km lies between Cuba and the US the political distance between the two nations could not be greater. Many analysts thought a change in Cuba's leadership would improve relations. But Fidel Castro handed power to his brother Raul almost four years ago and little has changed. On Tuesday's Riz Khan, we ask: What would it take to improve relations between the two countries?
