What are the challenges facing Cuba?

Celebrated throughout the country, July 26 marks the occassion in 1953 when Fidel Castro led an attack on the Moncada garrison in Santiago de Cuba. Although it was unsuccessful, it was the beginning of the end of Batista who was eventually overthrown in 1959. Fifty years later, what are the challenges facing Cuba and the revolution?
