Barack Obama, the US president-elect, intends to shut down Guantanamo Bay "to regain America's moral stature in the world". How do you think Obama should deal with one of the Bush administration's most complicated legacies? Should the 250 prisoners currently held in Guantanamo be tried on US soil? If so, should the trials take place in federal criminal courts or in military courts? Will the repatriation of some prisoners prove problematic?
