Hurricane Jose spares Saint Martin Island

The Caribbean island of Saint Martin was hit by the full force of Hurricane Irma on Wednesday.

Three days later, locals prepared to be struck by Hurricane Jose, but further disaster was avoided when the storm changed course.

However, rebuilding after Irma is expected to take a significant amount of time.
