US Navy orders 24-hour worldwide halt after warship collision

The US Navy has ordered a one-day worldwide pause in ship operations to address safety concerns.

The halt is in response to the latest collision involving a naval vessel.

Ten sailors are missing after the USS John S McCain collided with an oil tanker near Singapore on Monday.
