Legal battle over US treatment for terminally ill UK baby ends

The parents of a terminally ill British baby have ended their legal battle to take him to the United States for experimental treatment.

Chris Gard and Connie Yates said too much time had passed in the five-month legal battle for Charlie’s treatment to be effective.
