Iraq's military: ISIL is completely surrounded in Mosul

The Iraqi army has said it had completely surrounded the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group in the battle for Mosul. Federal police units have recaptured the last bridge over the river Tigris, cutting off the fighters escape route.
