A mega project outside the Chinese capital Beijing is raising concerns about pollution. The area will eventually become home to more than five million people and is seen as a legacy project for President Xi Jinping.

    The area will eventually become home to more than five million people and is seen as a legacy project for President Xi Jinping.

    But it will likely put pressure on an important lake and ecosystem.
