US appeals court upholds Trump travel ban

A US appeals court has upheld a ruling halting Donald Trump’s travel restrictions.

The block on the president’s executive order that sought to limit travel from six Muslim-majority nations remains in place.

The Trump administration said it will challenge the ruling in the Supreme Court.
