Turkish voters will head to the polls on Sunday in a referendum that could change the constitution and give President Recep Tayyip Erdogan more powers.

    Turkish voters will head to the polls on Sunday in a referendum that could change the constitution and give President Recep Tayyip Erdogan more powers.

    The referendum also proposes to lower to 18 the age of those who can contest elections.
