US President Donald Trump is blaming members of his own Republican Party for failing to push through his healthcare reforms. Scrapping the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, was one of Trump's key campaign pledges during the 2016 election.

    Scrapping the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, was one of Trump's key campaign pledges during the 2016 election.

    And his failure to repeal the legislation is seen as his biggest defeat so far.
