'Full counterterrorism investigation' under way in Westminster Attack.

Commander BJ Harrington of London's Metropolitan Police said a "full counterterrorism investigation" was under way on Wednesday after an attack on Westminster Bridge near the UK parliament.

We received a number of different reports, which included a person in the river, a car in collision with pedestrians, and a man armed with a knife," Commander Harrington told reporters.

The London Ambulance Service said it treated at least 10 people on Westminster Bridge. One woman was pulled out alive by port authorities from the River Thames with serious wounds.
