Palestinian discord slows Gaza rebuilding

Divisions in unity government hampering reconstruction process meant to be monitored by Palestinian Authority.

The UN, Israelis and Palestinians have agreed to rebuild the Gaza Strip after a devastating invasion. The deal gives the Palestinian Authority a leading role in monitoring what materials come into the occupied territory. But divisions in the Palestinian unity government have been hampering the process.
