Israeli police target Palestinian activists

Israel has arrested more than 600 people who have taken part in demonstrations since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza.

People in occupied East Jerusalem say they are facing the largest wave of arrests in years.
 
Residents say Israeli police have been rounding up Palestinian activists who have been taking part in demonstrations, accusing them of inciting riots.
