Rebel units belonging to the Free Syrian Army are in control of some areas in the outlying suburbs of the capital, Damascus.

Al Jazeera followed one FSA unit in the capital as they tracked and captured a Palestinian man who they suspected of collaborating with the militia loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.
