Bahrain protester shot in chest
Footage shows man shot at close range with apparent tear gas canister as security forces crack down on demonstrations.

Riot police in Bahrain have used tear gas and rubber bullets in an attempt to prevent hundreds of anti-government protesters from blocking Bahrain's financial district.

Footage from the scene showed one protester being shot with a teargas canister at close range.
