Politicians blamed for Iraq unrest
As the US ends combat operations in Iraq, violence remains a concern.

The official end of US combat operations in Iraq is fast approaching. On August 31, troops hand over control of Iraq's internal security to local forces.

But violence remains a concern, after national elections failed to create a unified government.
