Ukraine prisoner exchange process begins

Prisoner swaps are now helping to bring both sides of the bitter conflict a step closer to peace.

    Ukrainian and separatist forces have begun the process of exchanging prisoners of war as part of a ceasefire agreement.

    It is the most promising sign yet that the ceasefire between Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian separatists can last.

    Al Jazeera's Robin Forestier-Walker reports from Donetsk.
