US offers aid to collapsing Ukrainian economy
Fiscal experts warn the country’s low foreign reserve could result in an economic collapse within a matter of weeks.

US Secretary of State John Kerry has warned Russia against starting any military intervention in Ukraine.
The US has also offered to give the new government the financial help it desperately needs.
