Roma education scheme at risk

A pioneering scheme launched by the Serbian Government to help Roma children attend higher education is being hijacked.

Too many non-Romas are pretending to be part of the minority ethnic group to take advantage of the incentives on offer.

The abuse is becoming so widespread the entire scheme is at risk.
