Antarctica's marine wildlife under threat

International meeting aimed at protecting Southern Ocean around Antarctica fails to reach an agreement.

    An international meeting to consider ways of protecting the Southern Ocean around Antarctica has failed to agree on setting up marine protection areas. 

    The areas are part of an effort to safeguard a range of habitats regarded as critical to wildlife.
