High winds, freezing temperatures and heavy snow halts travels across Northern Europe.

A late winter snowstorm has plunged parts of Europe into chaos.

Temperatures have plummeted, transport centres have been shut and there have been huge delays for commuters.

Al Jazeera's Peter Sharp reports from the French capital, Paris.
