UK gas prices 'manipulated'

Some believe the unregulated market has become a cartel, and some believe prices are higher than necessary.

While most countries set the price of gas around the price of oil, Britain decided that an unregulated gas trading market was a better idea.

The fear now is that lack of oversight has led to a cartel.
