Europe is hungry for new supplies of natural gas, to help relieve its reliance on Russia. The energy-rich nation of Azerbaijan is hoping it has the answer.

Later this year, it is expected to approve a pipeline project connecting the Caspian Sea with mainland Europe.

Al Jazeera's Robin Forestier-Walker reports from the Sangachal oil and gas terminal, just south of the capital Baku.
