Italian police have defused a bomb discovered at the Greek embassy in the capital, Rome.

Officials said it was similar to two other parcel bombs that exploded at the Swiss and Chilean embassies last week.

An Italian anarchist group called the Informal Federation of Anarchy claimed responsibility for last week's attacks.
