For the second day, India has seen protests across the country in support of a jailed anti-corruption campaigner.

Thousands turned out onto the streets of New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata in support of Anna Hazare who is on an indefinite hunger strike against corruption.

Authorities have now said he can leave jail, but he has refused to go.

Al Jazeera's Prerna Suri reports from New Delhi.
