In an exclusive report, Al Jazeera's Qais Azimy gains access to a group of Taliban fighters in Baghlan province that is fiercely opposed to next week's parliamentary poll.

The fighters say they will cut off the fingers of anyone who votes in it. It is a threat ordinary Afghans are taking seriously.
