Criticism mounts over Delhi Games
Several athletes withdraw from Commonwealth Games amid mounting worries over health and security.

Mike Fennell, the head of the Commonwealth Games Federation, is going to the Indian capital, New Delhi ,on an emergency visit ahead of the sporting event due to start on October 3.

His trip coincides with mounting worries over the city's preparedness in hosting the Games.

Several top competitors have already pulled out, and some are questioning the viability of the event itself.
