Mass cache of shark fins surfaces on HK roof

Thousands of severed fins discovered in Hong Kong prior to becoming ingredients in controversial soup.

The popularity of the Asian delicacy Shark Fin Soup is endangering the species.

As evidence of this trend, conservationists have found thousands of shark fins on a rooftop in Hong Kong. Many are calling for tighter regulations to protect sharks.
