More China students choose to study abroad

Outgoing President Hu Jintao pledges education reform, but many students still opt to study overseas.

Outgoing Chinese President Hu Jintao told the Communist Party Congress in Beijing quality education must be available to everyone.

Many Chinese students, however, are opting to study overseas.
