American children sold into sex slavery

One group in Chicago is working to help some of the 300,000 children prostituted nationwide.

    Although child sex trafficking is sometimes thought of as a developing-world problem, as many as 300,000 children are prostituted in the US every year.

    Al Jazeera's John Hendren met a group in Chicago that is working to take young prostitutes off the streets.
