President Barack Obama is making moves in Washington which would give the 11 million people living illegally in the US a way to become an American citizen.

Meanwhile millions of people a year are still trying to get to the United States any way they can.

Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from the coast of Baja California, where ever more migrants are picked up by the Mexican coastguard.
