Football's annual "Homeless World Cup", which began nearly ten years ago, is about to kick off in Mexico City.

The goal of the tournament is to help homeless people learn from each other's experiences - passing on tips for reintegrating with society, calling full time on unemployment, and scoring goals on the street instead of drugs.

Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from Mexico's capital on how the game has helped one man overcome life's penalties.
