Confusion over Mexico attack on CIA agents

Differing reports are emerging of an attack on two CIA agents by Mexican federal police.

The US initially said their diplomatic vehicle was “ambushed”. But high-ranking Mexican officals said the shooting was a mistake and not a deliberate attack.
