Oldest yoga teacher still going strong
Ninety-three-year-old who uses her skills to help stressed-out New Yorkers says practice keeps her healthy.

Tao Porchon-Lynch says the ancient eastern practice of yoga is keeping her fit and healthy.

The 93-year-old has been practising yoga since she was eight years old, and was recently named the world's oldest yoga teacher by Guinness World Records.

Porchon-Lynch has taught hundreds of students around the world for over 45 years, and is now using her skills to help stressed-out New Yorkers discover the secrets to a lifelong spiritual journey.
