Venezuela to roll out reforms to aid workers

    Workers in Venezuela celebrating May Day have been hearing about proposals to cut their working hours and improve their benefits.

    President Hugo Chavez announced a series of workplace reforms just before he flew to Cuba for more cancer treatment.
