Argentinians seek recourse for defective breast implants

Government could face lawsuit for allowing the sale of the potentially dangerous product.

Last year a French company was found to have cut corners while making silicone breast implants.

The company used industrial-grade silicone in the product that was never approved for medical use.

Now women in Argentina who had breast augmentation surgery are fighting back. They are threatening to sue their government for allowing the sale of the potentially dangerous product.
