UN blames S Sudan factions for atrocities

UN mission to release report detailing recent killings, with role of both government forces and rebels under scrutiny.

    The UN has blamed both sides in the South Sudan conflict for atrocities. There has been fighting between government forces and rebels since December.

    The UN mission there will release a report detailing how the killings took place.
