Mali faces difficulty returning to democracy

Country plans political reforms after coup and rebellion which prompted French military intervention.

    In four weeks time Mali will hold presidential elections. 

    After a military coup last year and following rebellion in the North and a French invasion in January, now the country faces the challenge of returning to democracy.
