The African National Congress seeks policies to help transform economy and create jobs.

    The ruling party of South Africa, the African National Congress, has said that it will transform the economy and introduce new jobs.

    Speaking at a policy conference in Johannesburg, President Jacob Zuma promised new ways to encourage growth.

    But as Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports, there are few details on his big plans.
