Azerbaijan football club have a young manager bringing expertise from a most unexpected source.

Every football fan often thinks they can do a better job than their team's manager.

One youngster in Azerbaijan has taken things one step further by managing one of the richest clubs in the country.

And his experience is mainly virtual.
