Qatar 2022: 'We plan for summer World Cup'

Al Jazeera's Lee Wellings talks to organising committee member Nasser Al-Khater about plans for the 2022 World Cup.

    UEFA President Michel Platini is pushing for a winter World Cup in 2022, but Qatar proposed a summer tournament and are preparing a summer tournament, says Qatar 2022 committee member Nasser Al-Khater. 

    And regardless of whether FIFA change their mind, cooling technology is going ahead.
