Marta El Alto confronts Jennifer Two Face in a wrestling ring in La Paz, Bolivia. But there is more at stake than the prize money.

Ever since Colombus came to the Americas, the indigenous people have been downtrodden and exploited by a minority white elite. Ninety per cent of Bolivia's population is indigenous.

So it is hardly surprising that they are finally fighting back. Marta represents the underclass - little wonder then that she gets the biggest cheers.
