Since being filmed for this series, Andrew Toboso, a Kenyan policy and strategy adviser, has resigned from his job developing the 2030 strategy for the country.

He is now running for parliament in the next Kenyan general election.

Andrew, an economist, worked on the strategy team for Kenya Vision 2030, which aims to bring Kenya 'towards a globally competitive and prosperous nation'.

The Tutu leadership scheme was the turning point in his career and now he is on the campaign trail for the Butere seat - watch this space.
