Watch part two
Mumbai is limping back to normalcy after terror attacks paralysed the city in late November.
Investigations into the siege, which left almost 200 people dead and about 300 wounded, are continuing.
On Tuesday, the Mumbai police said that the 10 men who carried out the terrorist attacks belonged to a larger group. A group of 30 recruits of the Laskhar-e-Taiba, a Pakistani militant organisation, had been selected and trained for suicide missions. But according to the police the whereabouts of the other 20 men are unknown.
Reports suggest that security forces had detailed intelligence as early as September warning of possible attacks and potential targets.
And as questions arise about the ability of India's intelligence services to deal with terrorism, tensions are also heightening with neighbouring Pakistan.
On Wednesday's Riz Khan we take a look at the ramifications of the terror attacks in Mumbai and ask how India should deal with the growing threat of terror in its country.
Joining the programme will be Marie Lall, a Chatham house expert on India-Pakistan relations, and Salil Tripathi, a London based author and journalist.
This episode of the Riz Khan show aired from Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 2030GMT with repeats at 0030GMT and 0530GMT on Thursday.
