Join the Riz Khan show all week as the team comes to you from the commercial and entertainment capital of India – Mumbai.

On Monday's show, we will talk to two of Bollywood's most successful players – directors Vipul Shah and Madhur Bhandarkar.

Shah is the creative force behind some of Bollywood's biggest box office hits including his 2008 release Singh is Kinng.

Bhandarkar is renowned for bringing a new type of realism to India's movie screens and he says his films provide a "mirror on society" - one that represents a change from the song and dance love themes that have become the signature of India's movie industry.

Although Bollywood is a multi-billion dollar industry it often gets criticised for its censorship and what some say are clichéd storylines. We ask, should Bollywood break with tradition in order to reach a larger audience?

This episode of the Riz Khan show aired from 2030GMT on Monday, November 24, 2008 with repeats at 0030GMT, 0530GMT and 1400GMT on Tuesday, November 25.
